I’m So Glad You’re Here
At Tasha Lawson Therapy, we provide individual counseling as well as retreats and intensives for people ready to work through whatever issues are holding them back from reaching the freedom and adventure they desire in life.
Tasha Lawson Therapy values all persons in all walks of life.
Therapy is provided virtually at this time.

My Focus
I treat a variety of issues, with special focus on working with survivors of trauma, interpersonal violence including domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, as well as medical trauma and traumatic grief. Do you consider yourself an empath? I am one, too! Let’s work together to discover ways to manage the intensity of emotions and feedback that you experience every day. I often work with fellow therapists, executives and high performing professionals to manage the pressures that come with balancing demanding careers, family, and one’s own needs and desires. Other areas of focus include transitions like relationship status changes, life after significant weight loss, taking new spiritual or career paths, retirement, and many other twists and turns of life. Whatever is bringing you to therapy, I aim to help you learn skills, have a safe space to express and process what has happened, learn tools to help release the burdens, find freedom and peace within yourself, and truly live.

Meet Tasha
Hi, and welcome! I have been serving and helping others my entire life, and I have been providing therapy for more than a decade. I find it such a privilege and honor to walk with you as you tackle goals and pursue your own growth and healing. Sometimes life is hard. I get it. I’ve been through some things, too. Having help can make a profound difference. I am here to do just that! When I am not in the office, you can often find me enjoying nature with hikes, backpacking and camping trips, beach time, stargazing, and enjoying meals with friends and family. I grew up in Connecticut, but have called Texas home for the last 17 years. I am able to provide online therapy for persons in the state of Texas.
