+ How do I know if a therapist is a good fit for me?
That's a great question! It's so important for you to feel comfortable with your therapist. Sometimes it takes a few different therapists before you find a therapist that feels like the best fit, and that's okay! When researching for your therapist, look for therapists who specialize in what you are struggling with. If they offer a free consultation, use that time to ask questions and gauge whether you feel safe, heard, and most importantly, like they're providing you with a nonjudgmental space.
+ How many sessions do I need?
The number of sessions you need is entirely personal to you, your situation, and the goals you are hoping to achieve in therapy. I recommend scheduling a free consultation to receive a more personalized overview of how many sessions may be the most beneficial for your unique situation.
+ Where are you located?
I offer virtual therapy, which means you and I will meet using a computer,phone, or other device for live video sessions. Though we won't be physically in the same room, we will connect over video, which my clients like a lot!
